We Break Down The Differences
At T.A.G. Team Cleaning, LLC, we are dedicated in creating a positive experience for our clients from start to finish. We have put together several cleaning levels to choose from that are designed to meet different needs and budget options for our clients. All cleaning services described are time-based, with the exception of recurring services.
Moderate level cleaning for homes with not too much build up and average dust. Emphasis is on giving the home a detailed cleaning including wiping & sanitizing kitchen, bathrooms and room surfaces, and dusting and floors. No Add-On Services Included Unless Requested in Advance.
Kitchen:
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed)
- Stovetop (scrubbed)
- Top of refrigerator (hand washed or wiped)
- Outside of appliances cleaned / inside microwave
Bathrooms:
- All bathroom counters & fixtures (sanitized)
- All sinks (scrubbed/disinfected)
- Tub/shower & tiles (double scrubbed for build up)
- Toilet bowl, lid & hinges (double scrubbed)
- Counter tops & backsplashes (hand washed)
- Mirrors (cleaned)
All Rooms, Hallways and Foyers:
- Beds tidied up (linens changed upon request)
- Cobwebs removed
- Furniture (wiped, fronts, sides, legs)
- Under the cushions (sofas/seats)
- Lamps & lampshades (dusted)
- Light fixtures within 2-step ladder reach (hand washed in place/not removed)
- Window sills, & lock ledges (dusted)
- Mirrors (cleaned)
- Pictures & decor (hand wiped or dusted)
- Stairs (vacuumed, wood dusted)
- Uncluttered shelves (hand wiped)
- Wastebaskets (emptied/relined)
- Floors (vacuumed &/or mopped)
Like a Spring cleaning this package focuses on cleaning a home from top to bottom with an emphasis and focus on build up. Most tasks are washed or scrubbed by hand.

Designed for homes that are completely empty and need a top to bottom detailed cleaning to get them ready to be put on the market or to rent. Emphasis and focus is on build up and hand washing all areas, fixtures, windows, cabinets and molding.

Recurring Maintenance Cleaning Services are designed to maintain areas that have previously received a deep cleaning. Service includes routine cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and floors based on a standard maintenance checklist. These services help keep your home consistently clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

A time-based “recurring” household assistance service designed for busy individuals and families who need help staying on top of everyday cleaning and tidying. This service focuses on maintaining commonly used areas of the home and completing priority tasks within the minimum required- labor hours selected.
Note: This service is not as detailed as our General Reset, Deep Cleaning, or Recurring Maintenance Cleaning Services and is intended for general upkeep rather than comprehensive cleaning.
Our affordable recurring schedules and checklist include:

- Countertops (wiped)
- One sink load of dishes by hand OR load/empty dishwasher
- Sink (cleaned and rinsed)
- Microwave (wiped)
- Light tidying
- Sweeping and mopping as needed
- Trash emptied
Bathrooms:
- All bathroom counters & fixtures lightly dusted
- All sinks and mirrors (wiped/disinfected)
- Toilet bowl, lid & hinges (wiped/disinfected)
- Sweeping and mopping as needed
All Rooms, Hallways and Foyers:
- General tidying
- Beds made and tidied up
- Light dusting of accessible surfaces
- Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping as needed
- Trash emptied
Service Exclusions:
- No detailed cleaning or detailed dusting
- No heavy scrubbing or buildup removal
- No detailed tub or shower scrubbing
- No organization or decluttering projects
- No deep cleaning tasks unless requested and approved as an add-on service

Our team will work within the labor hours purchased. Completion of all requested tasks is not guaranteed if the allotted time is exhausted.
Additional services and deep cleaning add-ons may be requested in advance, subject to availability and additional fees. Add-on services must be scheduled in conjunction with the minimum required Mommy’s Helper Service.
A time-based “recurring” service dedicated primarily to washing, sorting and putting away laundry. Light cleaning tasks are done only if time permits in between cycles when laundry has been organized and put away.
Our affordable recurring schedules and checklist include:

Laundry service includes:
- Gather and sort soiled laundry.
- Add to machine wash cycle according to client instructions.
- Add to machine dry cycle (or hang to dry) according to client instructions.
- Sort clean laundry, fold, hang and organize into drawers or closets.
Light Cleaning includes (between cycles as time permits):
- Wipe down of kitchen and bathroom counter tops/sinks.
- Clean inside of microwave and wipe down stove top.
- Light dusting of accessible common area surfaces.
- Load/empty dishwasher.
- Light sweeping and vacuuming.
- Tidy up and straighten up areas where necessary.
- Make beds and tidy up bedrooms.
Service Exclusions:
- No detailed cleaning or detailed dusting
- No heavy scrubbing or buildup removal
- No detailed tub or shower scrubbing
- No organization or decluttering projects
- No deep cleaning tasks unless requested and approved as an add-on service
